By following an idiot-proof plan, I lost 7 lbs in just 11 days. 

How I did it was simple.  I used a clever diet system which allowed me to continue to eat the foods which I enjoy, but in a way that encouraged my body to "burn" more of my fat while doing so.  It is really quite something! 

During the "diet", I was able to enjoy plenty of the enjoyable foods that I like.  In fact, I was eating 6 meals a day!  Which is darn good because I can get rather grumpy when running low...

This diet is called the "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" diet.  And how it works is really simple.  They give you access to an online diet generator, which generates an 11 day diet plan for you to follow, based on what foods you like.  All you got to do is follow it just as it says, and because of the way the diet is planned out, like the order of the meals and the times, you will begin to lose weight.  By the end of the 11 days, you will clearly notice the difference.  Well, I did, and so did my partner! 

According to "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" you can lose as much as 9 lbs every 11 days.  Although I didn't quite manage it myself, "only" losing 7 lbs...  I was still more than happy with this result.
